How do you adjust the handlebar height on a Next mountain bike?

Adjusting the handlebar height on a Next mountain bike:

- Loosen the bolts:

There are two bolts on the front of the stem that secure the handlebars. Use a 5 mm hex wrench to loosen these bolts until they are just loose enough to turn.

- Adjust the height:

Once the bolts are loose, you can adjust the handlebars to your desired height by moving them up or down. Make sure the handlebars are level before tightening the bolts.

- Tighten the bolts:

Once the handlebars are at the desired height, use the 5 mm hex wrench to fully tighten the bolts. Make sure that they are tight enough so that the handlebars do not move while you are riding.

- Test the fit:

Before you take your bike out for a ride, test the fit of the handlebars by standing over the bike and gripping the handlebars. Make sure that your elbows are at a 90-degree angle and your wrists are not bent too far back. If necessary, adjust the height of the handlebars again.
