How do you clean the outside of a swamp cooler?

Unplug the swamp cooler and disconnect the water supply.

Remove the exterior panels of the swamp cooler. These panels are usually held in place by screws or clips.

Gently brush away any loose dirt or debris from the exterior of the swamp cooler.

Spray the outside of the swamp cooler with a mixture of mild detergent and water.

Use a soft cloth to scrub the exterior of the swamp cooler until it is clean.

Rinse the exterior of the swamp cooler with clean water.

Allow the swamp cooler to dry completely before reinstalling the exterior panels.

Reconnect the water supply and plug in the swamp cooler.
